Our name plates and painted arrows are Non Refundable products once they have been made. This is because they are custom products. In the event you decide you do not want the products and catch us before they are made then and only then we will refund the money.

Return Policy

In the event of a return for  we will mail you a pre-paid shipping slip. Then we will refund you the money minus the shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.
