Custom Merchandise Policy
Our name plates and painted arrows are Non Refundable products once they have been made. This is because they are custom products. In the event you decide you do not want the products and catch us before they are made then and only then we will refund the money. In the event of an arrow running out of stock, Cubitems.com reserves the right to substitute for equal or greater value.
In the event of a return for we will mail you a pre-paid shipping slip. Then we will refund you the money minus the shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.

While our privacy policies are the same no matter how you chose to visit Cubitems.com, we have extra measures in place to protect your privacy when you come to us online. Please allow 14 days for you to receive your orders. We will try to get them to you as fast as we can but in February when everyone crosses over, our lead time might be as long as 3 weeks. In the case of painted arrows, 3 weeks is our lead time, or even more due to holidays and weather. Like the airlines, we cannot be held responsible for delayed items in shipping due to nature. or shipping issues. Requests for items prior to the leadtime may result in items having to be shipped FedEx at the customers expense in full. If you are reading this you know February is a popular time for bridging over and we do a years amount of work in one month so please be patient. You will receive a notice from the shipping company (UPS, USPS, FedEx). In the email, you will receive a tracking number. Often we do not know when you need your item, but we will assist you in anyway possible to get it to you on the date you need it. We will and can do everything within our power to make this experience a good one for you.
an example: if you place an order that includes nameplates, we will make the shipment to you the following week after the nameplates are made. Nameplates are made on Fridays. Packing of your order will be the following week unless an error needs to be corrected. Even if an order is submitted on Friday, the nameplates will not be processed until the NEXT Friday.
Custom Painted arrows: you will receive a worksheet once your order is received. Please fill the worksheet out in total, include your name, order number, date and arrow selection. If you need assistance, please call and we will be happy to assist you. The painted arrow has been made custom for you and not subject to a refund unless agreed upon by seller and customer.
